Bug details
A V2 delegation bug was found on 29/12. The rewards that some users can claim do not match the actual number, resulting in some delegators being able to claim less than the actual ones they should receive.
This bug affects the “claimable rewards” to users before the V2 upgrade(16th Dec), and does not impact new users or rewards issued after the upgrade.
Reason
Due to the large and complicated data volume of this chain upgrade, and the absence of some functions on the chain during this upgrade resulted in the impact on users’ data during migration. Due to the inability to detect such problems in the test environment, it resulted in the miss of user rewards at the official launch. We’re so sorry for the issue.
