Claiming back PHA token on the Khala Network

Dear Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my PHA tokens on the Khala Network. I recently discovered that the Khala Network is not functioning, and it appears the PHA tokens have transitioned to the Ethereum Network. Unfortunately, I am unable to move my PHA tokens back to Kraken or successfully reclaim them.

Here are the details of my PHA Token details below:

I have tried following the example provided, but every attempt has failed, showing the error message “Claim Failed.” Since the Khala Network is paused, I cannot send any tokens. I also have a small amount of tokens still pending, which I urgently need to move from the suspended Khala Network to the Ethereum Network.

I kindly request your assistance to resolve this matter. I have done everything I can on my end, but I’m still unable to claim or transfer my tokens.
