Khala Asset Claim System is Now Live

We are excited to announce that the Khala asset claim system is now live! You can claim your Khala assets through this website: Claim Khala Assets | Phala App.

Asset Calculation

The asset data is based on a snapshot taken at Khala network block #7918688. The following types of assets have been mapped and included:

• Liquid PHA, Delegation, Stakepool Owner Rewards, and Vault Owner Rewards.
• Delegation assets will be returned in the form of staking, while other funds will be returned as liquid PHA.

In addition, we have refunded the minting fees for PhalaWorld NFTs. Any holders of PW NFTs will receive a PHA refund equivalent to the minting cost of the corresponding NFT.

How to Claim

1. Visit the Website:

   • Go to Claim Khala Assets | Phala App. The link is also available on the homepage banner of the Phala app.
   • Click the “Connect Wallet” button in the top right corner and link your Khala address.
     
     

2. View Your Assets:

   • Once connected, you will see the total amount of assets in your Khala account.
   • Click the newly visible “Connect Wallet” button below your asset summary and link your Ethereum address.
     
     

3. Claim Your Assets:

   • After successfully connecting your Ethereum wallet, click the “Claim” button to transfer your assets to the linked Ethereum address.
     
     

4. Claim Confirmation:

   • Once you see the following confirmation message, your Khala assets have been successfully claimed.
     
     

Note: To avoid errors, we have disabled the functionality to specify other wallet addresses during the claim process. If you wish to transfer your claimed PHA or staked PHA to another address, please refer to the instructions below to transfer your claimed PHA assets and PHA staking.

• For Khala Ledger Users:
  Support for Ledger wallets will be added in a new claim contract version later this month. Stay tuned for updates to claim your assets.

• Encountering Issues:

How to Stake PHA on Ethereum

1. Access Staking Page:

   • A new “Staking” button has been added to the menu. Click it or visit Staking | Phala App.
   • On this page, you can view the estimated staking APR and network-wide staking status. Please note that APR fluctuates in real-time based on overall staking activity.
     
     

2. Stake Your PHA:

   • Enter the desired staking amount under the “Stake” section and click “Stake” to complete the process.
   • Note: Once staked, the funds will be subject to a 21-day lock-up period.
     
     

3. Unstake Your PHA:

   • Under the “Unstake” section, you can withdraw your staked assets. Enter the amount and confirm the transaction to proceed.
     
     

4. Withdrawal Queue:

   • Initiated withdrawals will appear in the queue on the right-hand side.
   • Note: A maximum of 5 pending withdrawal requests can exist simultaneously. Withdrawals can be canceled, but new withdrawal requests will reset its wait time.
     
     

5. Claim withdrawal manually

   • After the countdown is complete, you need to click on the claim unstaked below for manual withdrawal.

How to Transfer PHA Assets or Staked PHA

1. Transferring PHA:
   • You can transfer PHA tokens to any wallet address using standard on-chain transfer methods.
2. Transferring Staked PHA:
   • Staked PHA exists as vPHA tokens, which serve as proof of ownership for your staked assets.
   • Important: If you transfer your vPHA tokens to another address, you will permanently lose ownership of the corresponding staked assets.
