Manual Claim Guide for Astar Users

We noticed that some Astar community members still hold PHA on Astar and were not able to bridge their PHA to the Phala parachain before the Phala Sunset, and therefore cannot use the normal asset claim page.

To help with this, we have set up a temporary manual claim process so the Phala team can verify your ownership and assist with claims.

Critical Warning (Do NOT Use XCM to Phala Parachain)

Before anything else:

Do NOT use any XCM bridge to transfer assets to the Phala parachain anymore.
Phala parachain has already been sunset.
Any attempt to send tokens to the Phala parachain via XCM will fail and may result in permanent asset loss.

:white_check_mark: Manual Verification & Claim Steps

1. Open the Signing Page

Go to:

2. Choose Your Astar Address & Fill in Ethereum Recipient

  1. In the signing page, select the Astar address you want to verify.
  2. In the message field, enter your Ethereum address (the address where you want to receive PHA on Ethereum). Please do enter “claim phala assets:” before your ethereum address

Example:

claim phala assets:0xYourEthereumAddress

This process will not lead any real transaction because Phala is shutted down. Please don’t use other parachains or Astar for this signing step, just keep use the Phala RPC link shown above.

This step proves that you control both:

  • the Astar/Phala-style address, and
  • the target Ethereum address.

3. Sign the Message and Save the Signature

  1. Click “Sign message” in the bottom-right corner.
  2. You will receive a “signature of supplied data”.
  3. Copy this signature and store it safely — you will need to send it to the Phala team.

4. Send Your PHA Tokens to our Collection Address

Please send all the PHA you want to claim on Ethereum to the following address on Astar:

After you send the tokens, save the transaction URL from the Astar explorer: https://astar.subscan.io/

For verification, the collection address is a dedicated Astar manual-claim sink address:

5. Email All Information to the Phala Team

Send an email to:

[email protected]

Please include all of the following:

  1. Your Astar address
  2. Your Ethereum address (the one you entered in the signed message)
  3. The signature of supplied data (from Step 3)
  4. The transfer transaction URL (from Step 4)

:stopwatch: Processing Time

After receiving your email and verifying all the information:

  • The Phala team will manually assist with your claim and transfer the corresponding PHA to your Ethereum address.
  • The whole verification and processing flow is expected to take about 1–2 business days.
