There are some tips of how to submit a new language of wiki:
- Please submit code to Phala GitHub directly. Now it is index.zh_cn.md, change into index.DE.md
- Phala’s repo is based on Hugo
- The readme file has the instruction to run a local preview wiki site. So you can run a preview, make the change, and the browser will show the instant preview
