The issue 500 is a pretty old problem which takes a long time to fix. This motion will trigger a backfill transaction (PhalaStakePool.backfillIssue500Reclaim()) to finally reconcile the error.
This motion can be verified by the method mentioned in the issue. The scripts to reproduce the motion is included in PR 568.
